In the late 90s, I made a font based on “The Godfather,” one of the first available fonts of its kind online (you can still find it on sites like dafont.com or 1001fonts.com). As my skills refined over the years, I was never happy with what I created and wanted to revisit it, which brings us to what you see before you.
I based my font partly on the typography used for “The Godfather Part II” marketing materials, as it had extra flair and hooks not found in the original movie’s typography. It’s a little imperfect, but it still has that classic “Godfather” style.
It also includes all letters (uppercase and lowercase), numbers, punctuation, foreign language characters, and additional glyph options for certain characters.
